J. J. Temple, Machinist, Dies. John J. Temple, 1881 Leahy street, a lifetime resident of Muskegon, died yesterday at the Jones Convalescent Home, after a four-month illness. Born Dec. 26, 1877, Mr. Temple was 75 years old and until 1946, had been employed for 28 years as a machinist at Sealed Power Corporation. Mr. Temple, who was born and educated in Muskegon, was married on Aug. 18, 1909, to the former Jennie Balk. Mrs. Temple died on Nov. 4, 1945. Mr. Temple leaves a son, Jack B. Temple, and a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Dressler, both of Muskegon, and two grandchildren. He also leaves three sisters who make their homes in this city, Mrs. George Cayo, Mrs. Frank Van Dyke, and Mrs. Fred Ploughman.
