Graveside services for Glenn Lloyd Howard, 99, of Lubbock will be 3 p.m. Saturday April 28 at the City of Lubbock Cemetery with Neil Hall officiating. Her family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Rix Funeral Directors. Glenn passed away on April 25, 2012 in Lubbock. Glenn Lloyd Hall was born on January 24, 1913 in Delta Co, Texas to Herbert and Elsie (Wiggley) Hall. At the age of 12, Glenn Lloyd accepted Jesus as her Lord and was baptized into the Church of Christ. In 1959 she married Uris S. Howard. They were happily married for 19 years before his death on October 9, 1978. Glenn Lloyd and Uris were faithful and active members of the West 34th Street Church of Christ in Lubbock. Glenn Lloyd remained a faithful and active member until her death, serving her Lord for 87 years. Survivors include three nephews, Johnny Hall, Robert E. Hall, and Neil Hall; four nieces, Barbara Hand, Carol Rowell, Bobbie Hall, and Kathie Brewer; great-nephew, Wayne Brewer; and great-niece, Barbara Green.
