The funeral of Michael J. Kearney, who died Friday at a local [St. Mark's] hospital, will be held this afternoon at 2 o"clock from the Larkin funeral chapel, 255 South Second East street. The remains may be viewed at the chapel from 10 o'clock until the time of the funeral.
Mr. Kearney was 55 years of age and lived at 217 Belmont avenue. His death was due to broncho-pneumonia and septicemia poisoning. He is survived by a widow and two sons, who reside in Salt Lake, and by a daughter who lives in the east [Mary Jane Kearney, Allegheny Co., PA]. Until the time of his death, he was an employee in the Denver & Rio Grande shops.
The funeral services will be under the auspices of the Woodmen of the World and interment will be in Wasatch Lawn cemetery.
