Mrs. Mollie Galyardt, 80, 1716 Madison, died late Wednesday afternoon at the Central Kansas Medical Center following an illness for the past six months. She was born July 20, 1890 in Yankton, SD. She married August Galyardt April 15, 1909 at Russell. They had lived in Great Bend since 1947. She was a charter member of St. Mark Lutheran Church.
Survivors include the widower; two daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Irene) Temps; and Mrs. John (Ann) Guthrie, both of Great Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Amelia Dumler and Mrs. Christine Gee, both of Russell; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Bryant and Fryberger Chapel with the Rev. G. Weise officiating. Burial will be t 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the Russell Cemetery, Russell, KS.
