He Was My Uncle.


His parents were Phillip and Lessie Allen.
His step mother Eunice Allen.
He married his loving wife Francis on 9/20/1941.
His sisters were Pearl E. Allen Atwood English Palmer
Laura Allen Bronfin and 1st husband Johnny and 2nd husband Harry.
He also had twin and single baby sisters that died when born.
His niece was Ramona K. Roach and husband Walker sr., Nephews Harold P.(Buddy)Atwood and wife Brigit,
David Owens and wife Joy
Marty Owens and wife Linda, Brother in law Epentus E.W. Owens and wife Gaynell
Lots of great and great great neices and nephews.


He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and charter member of New Hope Volunteer Fire Dept. , Veteran of U.S. Army WWI serving in the European Theatre. He was employed by Burlington Industries of Cramerton for many years. He was a loving careing husband and person. He as softspoken and he loved the Lord. My husband Denny and i didnt know when we got married Sept.20th that it was the same day as Bill and Francis anniversary of the day they got married. They were happy we got married on their anniversay. He loved spending time with his family. He is loved and missed a lot.
