Eva Chase
Eva Chase, 93, Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in Indianapolis, died 2:20 a.m. Friday at the nursing home.
A native of Monroe County, she was born Sept. 4, 1880, the daughter of Edmon and Mary Algood. She belonged to the Fairview United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Guy Buckner, Melbourne, Fla. And four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, who died in 1960 and one son, Glen, in 1974.
Funeral services will be at the Greene and Harrell Chapel at 2 p.m. Monday with Dr. William Hughes presiding. Burial will follow in the Clear Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and until time of services Monday.
