Frank LaForce has finally given up the battle and answered the call of the messenger who sooner or later comes to all. In ill health for the past four years, his condition became alternately better and worse. A month ago he was again confined to his home with a severe attack of the heart affection from which he was long a sufferer. He never rallied sufficiently to return to his work as he had often done before. On Wednesday morning he passed away.
