Minda B. Lawson, 76, of Heartland Health Care Center, Bloomington, formerly of Lexington, died at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 23, 1993) at the center.
She was born Dec. 15, 1916 in Sneedville, Tennessee to Roy and Lucy Smith Buttry. She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters. She married Oscar Lawson Aug. 31, 1946 in Morristown, Tennessee. He survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Kevin Lawson, Bloomington and Michael Lawson, Bloomington; one daughter, Mary Lou Lawson, Normal; two brothers, Pat Buttry, Bloomington and Charles Buttry, Florida and six grandchildren.
