Emma was born in Waterloo Twp; in 1885 to parents Hartman E. Schnarr (1842-1922) and Elizabeth Keener (1850-1922. Birth Register #036217.

She was entered in the 1891, 1901 and 1911 census of the town of Waterloo.

On July 02, 1919 she married a Rev. John Oscar Neeb in the village of Erbsville in Waterloo County. Marriage Affidavit #025748.

Two 2 days later they moved to the United States because of her husband's teaching in the Lutheran Religion.

They were in the 1920 U.S. census of Salina, Onondaga County in New York.

Later in 1930 they were residing in Uwchlan, Chester County in Pennsylvania.

Emma lived a long religious life. She obtained the age of 101 years, 4 months and 23 days. She passed away in Buffalo, New York. Social Security Index #090-40-0608.

She was buried in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Kitchener, Ontario along side her husband.
