Mabelle, wife of F. N. Austin, died at her home in Warsaw, Oct 26, from pneumonia, following influenza.
She was born in Manchester, Iowa, June 21, 1885. She was the daughter of J. P. Crosier and wife of this place. The remains were brought here Oct. 28, for interment in Oakland cemetery. Rev. M. K. Merwin of Nunda, who married Mr. and Mrs. Austin, June 3, 1906, had charge of the burial service. Her husband and two sons had influenza and altho improving, were not able to accompany the remains here. Besides them, she leaves her parents, one sister, Mrs. L. M. Price of Dalton, and two brother, Harry of Jacksonville, Fla, and Ray of Hornell.
Those from out of town attending the services were Charles Austin and Alvin Howard of Dale, R. W. Crosier and family of Hornell, M. Lichman and wife, and Mrs. Gallup of Protageville.
