Terry Allen Mills, 61, Peru, died at 4:50 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004 at Miller's Merry Manor, Peru. He was born April 27, 1942 in Peru to Louise Mooney Mills and James Arthur Mills, Sr.
Mr. Mills was a self-employed contractor.
The body will be cremated. No visitation or funeral are planned. Arrangements are being handled by Grandstaff-Hentgen Manchester Avenue Chapel, Wabash. Preferred memorials are to the Miami County Cancer Society.
