Anna Fisher (Ficher) immigrated to the U.S from Baden, Germany aboard the ship "Saint Germain", arriving in New York on April 13, 1882. Her future husband John J. Fickinger was born in Prussia, 1856 or 1857, and immigrated to the U.S from Bremen, Germany aboard the ship " Braunschwig", arriving in Baltimore on May 19, 1880.
Together they had eight children.
