Mrs. Sarah Eagan, 80, was found dead on the floor in her home, 402 W. Main St. Death was unexpected although Mrs. Eagan had been ill for some time. It is thought apoplexy was the cause of death. Mrs. Eagan was born in Virginia but had lived in this city for 21 years. She was a member of the High St. Christian Church. She leaves three daughters Miss Lida Eagan and Mrs. Oliver R Henson (Ella) both of Springfield, Mrs. Anna Kennedy of Columbus, and two sons, William and Owen both of Springfield.
Sarah W Jones was the widow of Newton Barney Eagan who passed away in 1910.
Daughter of James Jones and Mary Sarah Roberts.
