She was born Nov. 9, 1919 in Long Beach, WA. Edith was a homemaker for many years in Amboy, WA and moved to Vancouver after the death of her husband. She was a long-time member of the Eastern Star and enjoyed playing Bingo, bowling and visiting family and friends. Edith is survived by her sons, William L. Wisner of Phoenix, AZ and Herbert Wisner of Vancouver, WA; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, William J.
