"Sudden Death- Last Tuesday, a German named Peter Anton Elbert, living on Mr Herman's farm, about three miles from Rolla, came to town for the purpose of buying cattle from Julius Pezold, and while bargaining for them, suddenly fell backwards, and died in a few minutes.
