Funeral mass for B. A. "Barney" Medlinger, 69, of 2029 Andover Court, will be at 10 am Tuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Wake services were Monday in Sherman Funeral Home. He died Sunday at a local nursing home.
Medlinger was born in Sacred Heart and came to Oklahoma City in 1934. He was a retired machinist with Southwest Machine Shop. He was a member of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife, Della; two sons, Barney L., Midwest City; and Billy R., Chicago; two brothers, Michael, Wichita Falls, TX; and Francis, Hastings; and six sisters, Mrs Lenora Hillerman and Mrs Katherine Yeglin, both of Houston; Mrs Celest Malionee and Mrs Norman Crawford, both of Wichita Falls; Mrs Lorena Morton, Shreveport, LA; and Mrs Thelma Tyler, San Diego, CA.
