Born in Nicholasville, he was the son of the late Oklahoma and Anna M. Wilson Reynolds. He was an equipment manager with Republic Services Inc. He was a retired Army maintenance warrant officer, a Vietnam veteran and the recipient of a Purple Heart, three Bronze Stars, Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation with Oak Leaf Clusters.
He also was a Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include his wife, Gerda Kuhn Reynolds; two sons, Ronald Reynolds of Lexington and Michael Reynolds of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Anna E. Meester of Bremerton, Wash., and Ramona L. Reynolds of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Barbara D. Ferguson of Danville and Joyce Collins of Lexington; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
