Mark Ellison Cable, 32, beloved son of Howard Cable and brother of Anthony and Linda Cable, Tom and Donna Cable, Matthew and Lisa Cable, Carlotta and Dick Goodman; adored uncle to Nicole, Nikki, and Christi Lynn, died at home Monday, Oct 19, 1992.

Services will be at 10 am Wednesday Oct 21, 1992 at Hahn, Cook, Street & Draper Chapel. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in his name to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation of Aids Research. He will be truly missed for his bright smile and enormous love of life.

Obituary of of his father, Howard Cable:
Howard Cable, 81, was born on May 4, 1920 to Thomas L. and Mary Pauline (Howard) Cable in Fletcher, OK. He passed away January 13, 2002 at his home in OKC. Howard served his country as a fighter pilot in the US Air Force during World War II. He retired from the FAA after a long career in aviation.

Howard was preceded in death by his first wife, Mona Jean Cable; a son, Mark Cable; and a brother, Paul Cable.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle Cable of the home; son, Anthony Cable and wife, Linda of OKC; daughter, Carlotta Goodman and husband, Dick of OKC; son, Thomas Cable of Amarillo, TX; son, Matthew Cable and wife, Lisa of Cashion, OK; his children by marriage, Charles Smith of OKC, Cheryl Hall and husband, Jack of Gardnerville, Nevada, and Russell Smith of OKC; a brother, Billy Joe Cable of Sunset, TX; a sister, Doris Crow of Nocona, TX; 13 grandchildren, Courtney, Nicole, Nathan, Niki, Christine, Logan, Taylor, Melissa, Wesley, Ali, Sierra, Corie and Alex; 3 great-granddaughters, Hanem, Taylor, and Megan; and a host of other loved ones and friends.

Services will be held at 1 pm, Wednesday, January 16, 2002 at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Mercer-Adams
