Mrs. Tiemersma dies unexpectedly at Orange City
ORANGE CITY - Mrs. Dick Tiemersma, 65, passed away at her home in O.C. Friday noon. Although she had been ailing fro some time, death came quite unexpectedly. Mrs. Tiemersma was born in Friesland, the Ntherlanda and cme to America with her parents when 4 years old. She leaves a daughter Margaret who lived with her, two sisters, Mrs. Neal Grifhorst of O.C., and Mrs. Rena Hansen of Sioux City; two brothers, Peter Vander Kooi of Hinton and Nic Vander Kooi of O.C. Her husband preceded her in death three years ago. Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at the Van Etten Funeral Home and at the First Chr. Ref. Church with Rev. A. Dusseljee officiating. Interment was made in the local cemetery.
