WILLIAM HENRY LEEPER WAS THE SON OF FRANCIS AND KATHERINE WATTERSON LEEPER.

HE MARRIED FLORA E BOWEN 19 JUN 1907 IN HAWKINS COUNTY, TENNESSEE. GOD BLESSED THIS MARRIAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING CHILDREN: WILLIE A, KATHLEEN, HAL WILSON, JOHN HENRY AND GRACE LEEPER.

WILLIAM H LEEPER WAS THE SIBLING OF CAROLINE W, THOMAS W AND FRANCIS EDWARD LEEPER.

WILLIAM H LEEPER

SURGOINSVILLE - Willaim H. Leeper, well known resident of Hawkins County, died yesterday [13 DEC 1937] at his home in Surgoinsville following a brief illness. He was 57 years of age.

Funeral services will be conducted from New Providence Presbyterian Church tomorrow [15 DEC 1937] at 10 a.m. with Rev. John Yelton officiating.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Flora [E. Bowen] Leeper; two sons: H. W. and John H. [Henry] Leeper of Surgoinsville; three daughters: Mrs. M. M. Thurman of Ellicott City, Maryland, Miss Kathleen Leeper of Kingsport and Miss Grace Leeper of Surgoinsville. He is also survived by a sister, Miss Carrie [Caroline W] Leeper, and one brother, Thomas Leeper, of Surgoinsville, and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers and flower bearers will be selected from among friends of the family.
