Charles L. Benson, aged 41 years, died Saturday afternoon at the home of his brother, Harvey D. Benson, 231 Oak street. He is survived by four brothers, Harvey D., Newelll and Ralph Benson of Binghamton, and Robert H. Benson of Schenectady, also by one sister, Miss Minnie Benson of Binghamton. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at No. 231 Oak street. Rev. Harry J. Rines, pastor of the Oak Street Methodist Episcopal Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
