LYONS - Phyllis I. Bolton McElwain, 66, died Aug. 28, 2011. She was born Dec. 29, 1944, to Simon Charles and Pearl May Hoyt North.
She married Raymond C. Bolton June 10, 1962. He died Oct. 1, 1984. She married Cecil H. McElwain Aug. 1, 1986. He died July 21, 1994. Survivors: sons, Phillip and Stephen; daughter, Nancy Burton; brothers, Clarence and Charles; sisters, Mary, Betty, Nell and Thelma; and two grandchildren.

Funeral 10:30 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church, Lyons. Burial 3 p.m. Thursday at Jamesburg Park Cemetery, Wichita. Visitation 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
