CONNEAUT LAKE — Lisa Ann Conklin Coulter, 50, of 13887 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake, passed away Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012, after a short illness.

She was born in Meadville, Oct. 18, 1961, a daughter of David Leroy Conklin and Marion Chisholm Conklin.

She was a 1979 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School. She worked at Conneaut Lake Volunteer Fire Department's Station 3 social club for seven years. Previously she worked at Sandalini's, Charlie's Restaurant, Elby's, Mister Donut and was a stay-at-home mom for nine years.

She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Conneaut Lake Volunteer Fire Department Station 3, Conneaut Lake Park Volunteer Fire Department Station 5, Vernon Central, Meadville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006 and Cochranton Station 4.

She enjoyed motorcycle rides, cruises, traveling, shopping and music.

Lisa married Randy W. Coulter 22 years ago in Blooming Valley on Aug. 20, 1988.

She is survived by her husband and their two children, Chelsey A. Coulter and Austin W. Coulter, both at home; brother, John R. Conklin and his wife, Diana, and their son, David, of Lexington, N.C.; nephews, John R. Conklin Jr. of Guys Mills, and James Walker of Meadville; niece, Melissa Wickert and her husband, Sean, and their children, Landon, Mason and Ian of Espyville; mother-in-law, Carolyn Collier of Orlando, Fla.; sister-in-law, Peg Hostettler and husband, Steve, and their son, Christopher, of Altamonte Springs, Fla.; niece, Kimberly Jaggars and her husband, Shawn, and their son, Cody, of Ozark, Ala.; brother-in-law, Tim Onspaugh and his wife, Sheila; nieces, Emily and Gabrielle of Orlando, Fla.; brother-in-law, Larry Coulter of Orlando; cousins, Alan Conklin and his wife, Maureen, of Buffalo, Mo., Patty Nelson of Federal Heights, Colo., and Rosie Graves and her husband, Randy, of Litchfield Park, Ariz.; and cousin, Marianne Taylor and husband, Dan, of New Castle.

She was preceded in death by both her parents; her Uncle Ed and his wife, Oleta Conklin, of Meadville; and Aunt Eleanor and her husband, Frank Olsen, of Porterville.

Calling hours are today from 4 to 7 p.m. at Roofner-Collins-Warren Funeral Home, 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.

Memorial service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Timothy Solomon of Emmanuel United Church of Christ officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crawford County Humane Society, American Cancer Society or Conneaut Lake Station 3.
