WILFORD H. MILLER, age 83, of Ashley died on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.
Mr. Miller was born in Butler, Indiana on March 1, 1928 to Herman Miller and Clara (Hess) Miller.
He honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1950 to 1952.
He married Carol Wagoner on September 21, 1957 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Waterloo. She preceded him in death in 1999.
Mr. Miller owned and operated Wilford's Garage in Ashley for 31 years retiring in 2000. He was a long time member of the Ashley Fire Department. He also belonged to the Orland American Legion. In his spare time Mr. Miller enjoyed fishing, woodworking and bowling.

Phillip and Jessica Miller of Ashley
two daughters; Vicki and John Herbert of Ashley
Patty Miller and Andrea Henson of Syracuse, Indiana

six grandchildren; Ben Miller, Kami Miller, Karlee Miller, C.J. Bessler, Chad Shumaker and Adam Shumaker

Visitation will be Friday, January 20, 2012 from Noon to 1:00 PM at Angola American Legion, 1760 West Maumee Street, Angola, Indiana.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Angola American Legion in Angola.
Burial will be at Circle Cemetery in Hudson, Indiana.
