The body of Albert (Chiney) Archer was interred in the Clayton Cemetery, Monday afternoon, following services from the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home in Plainfield. The Rev. Hubert Kimball officiated for the rites. He died, Friday, in the St. Vincent's Hospital, where he had been a patient for a few weeks. He was 82 years of age.
A native of Hendricks County, he was the son of the late Isaiah and Mary Mason archer. His wife, Edith, preceded him in 1965. He was a former employee of the THI and E interurban of the Pennsylvania Railroad, as a section boss. In the past few years, he was employed with Linde Carbide Corp., Indianapolis.
