Jane Ash, 94, Tusumbia, died Friday at Still Regional Medical Center, Jefferson City. She was born April 26, 1898, at Brumley, a daughter of Samuel and Catherine Phillips Robinett. She was married Feb. 24, 1917, at Brumley, to W.E. Ash, who died Nov. 5, 1978.
She was a lifelong resident of Miller County. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Rodden Church of Christ near Brumley.
Survivors include: three sons, Bert Ash and Burnic Ash, both of Brumley, and Farris Ash, Tuscumbia; two daughters, Lena Mae Phillips and Thelma Albertson, both of Tuscumbia; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. One son, Earnest Ash, preceded her in death.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home, Iberia, with Brother Jack Duncan officiating. Burial will be in the Robinett Cemetery near Iberia.
