Rebecca E. Brubaker of 501 Pine St., Hollidaysburg, died at 10:15 p.m. in Altoona Hospital, where she was admitted earlier in the day, after a brief illness. She was born in Woodbury June 10, 1903, a daughter of Jacob and Annie (Lamborn) Byers, and married Elmer J. Brubaker on July 12, 1923.

Surviving are her husband, three children, Mrs. Lois Bottomfield of Duncansville, Dwight, in California, and Mrs. Velma Mae Eastep of Hollidaysburg; eight grandchildren and a brother and sister, Arthur of Martinsburg and Mrs. Amanda Jump of Philadelphia.

Mrs. Brubaker was a member, deaconess and a teacher in the Sunday School, of the Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren, and a member of the WCTU.

Friends will be received in the Plank Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow and after 10 a.m. Saturday in the church. Page 15.

Services for Mrs. Rebecca E. Brubaker of Pine St. Hollidaysburg, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Ronald Madeira. Interment in Dry Hill Cemetery, Woodbury. Friends will be received in the Plank Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, from 7 to 9 p.m. today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday in the church.
