Survived By: His wife, of Fairview, UT; his children: Suzanne (Garry) Turnbow, Loveland, CO; Wayne (Cindi) Vance, Spanish Fork; and Paula Powell, Salt Lake City; grandchildren: Craig, Paul and Cortney Turnbow; Canyon, Haven, and Hawken Vance and Jeremy and Mason Powell; great-grandsons, Cameron and William Turnbow; brothers, Mack (Winona) Vance, Fairview, UT; Ellis (Donna) Vance, Mt.
