She was born on Nov. 18, 1945, in Stanley, a daughter of the late Elbert F. and Florine V. (Hilliard) Cubbage.
In addition to her husband, family includes two sons, Craig Chrisman and his wife Tina of Verona and Brian Chrisman of Rock Hill, S. C.; a daughter , Pam Flint and her husband, James of Staunton; a brother, Wayne Cubbage of Stanley; five sisters, Ruby Quintrell of Harrisonburg, Nancy Alberti of Orange, Doris Good of Shenandoah, Trudy Dodson of Charlottesville and Gayle Hammer of Stanley; four grandchildren, Craig 'C. J." Chrisman Jr., Cassidey chrisman, Abbigale Flint and Kory Flint.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Elbert Jerry Cubbage.
Burial followed in Oak Lawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens.
