Services for Julia Banta February 18th

Mrs. Julia Limon Banta 85, of Glenwood Springs died Wednesday Feb. 15 at Valley View Hospital after a long illness.

Mrs. Banta was born April 17, 1870 at Waverly, Illinois. She was married in 1887 to Willis Burch. They moved to Glenwood Springs in 1890 where she has resided since. After the death of Mr. Burch, she was married to Ernest Banta who also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Banta will be remembered by many Aspenites as her daughter, Mrs. Geno Kling was the wife of former Pitkin County Assessor Ebert Kling, who died in Aspen in 1946.
