Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Templo Betel Church with the Rev. Jose I. Contreras, pastor of Templo Elim, officiating. Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors.
Mr. Arenivar was born March 10, 1927, in Meogui, Mexico. He was a Dumas resident since 1985.
Survivors include his wife, Altagrcia; two sons, Ignacio Arenivar and Hector Arenivar, both of Dumas; three daughters, Hilda Arenivar of Aurora, Ill., and Herlinda Mares and Rosa Garanzauay, both of Dumas; 22 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
