VIRGINIA CAROL CRENSHAW

Virginia Carol Cannon (Formby) Crenshaw, a resident of Dothan and formally of Cottonwood, died Thursday, January 12, 2012. She was 70. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, January 16, 2012, from the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Roy Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Memphis Baptist Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 P. M., 1 hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted. Mrs. Crenshaw was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Josephine Cannon, her first husband, Dewey Formby, and her son Michael Formby. Survivors include three sons; Marco Formby and wife Bonnie of Tuscaloosa, AL, Christopher Formby of Camarillo, CA and Joseph Crenshaw of Dothan, AL Five siblings; Arthur Cannon and wife Janice, David Cannon and wife Rose, Vivian Stewart, Donna Thornton and husband Gary and Jeanne Walding, all of Dothan Ward Wilson Memory Hill Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematory, (334) 792-4194, is in charge of arrangements.
