The funeral for Montie Ann Earman, 57, of Mount Crawford will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home.

The Rev. Carroll Goodridge will conduct the services. Burial will be in Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.

Mrs. Earman died Sunday at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She had been in ill health since December.

She had worked for the Celanese Corp. for 19 years and in Rockingham County's purchasing and finance department five years.

Mrs. Earman was born September 3, 1928 in Harrisonburg, and was a daughter of the late Montie and Flemmie Dillard Armentrout.

She was a member of tAntioch United Church of Christ.

On April 30, 1983, she married William S. Earman, who survives.

Also surviving are a son Donald C. Nieswander, of Verona, a step daughter, Kathy Ann Alexander of Mt. Crawford, two brothers, Dillard Armentrout, of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Ernest Armentrout of Martinsburg, W.Va., a stepmother, Anna Armentrout, of Harrisonburg, a half sister, Elizabeth Strickler of Harrisonburg, a half brother, M.E. Armentrout, of Harrisonburg, and twin granddaughters.
