Martha A. Foster, 86, of South Charleston, passed away Friday Feb. 2, 2007 at her home.
She had been employed by Bon Ton Laundry for 28 years and retired from the Donut House, also in South Charleston, after 18 years of service.
Mrs. Foster was a member of Ivydale Baptist Church and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.
She was preceded in death by her son Edward Arnold Foster of South Charleston.
Surviving are son, Jimmy Allen Foster of Florida, Earl Lee Foster of South Charleston, Noble Okey Foster of Dunbar, and Melvin Wayne Foster of South Charleston, daughters, Madeline Connie Boyd of Charleston, Ada Lucille Carte of Kentucky, step-daughter, Kimberly Thomas of South Charleston, brother, Charles Edward Foster of North Carolina, nine grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Clarence Hutton officiating.
Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
