Macel Reed was the daughter of Benjamin R. Reed and Martha A. Hughart Reed. She married John Lewis Foster around 1914 and had 8 children:

Mrs. Ida Macel Foster, 36. died yest-
erday at her home at Spring Hill.
Surviving are her husband. J. L. Foster;
five daughters, Terecy, Martha, '
Finnia, Genevieve and Dola May Fos-
er; three sons, Eldin, Noble and
Charles Edward Foster; her father.
B. R. Reed of Tupper's creek, seven
brothers and six sisters. The body
was taken to the Bartlett funeral
home.
Funeral services are to be held at
the residence at noon today. Additional
services are to be held at
the Hugart cemetery on Tuppers
Creek at 1:30 o'clock. The Rev. Roy
Young is to officiate.
