Funeral services for George Scott, World War I veteran, were held in the Chapel Saturday afternoon. The Rev G.H. Willett officiated and burial with military honors was made in the Home Cemetery.
Born in Richland County 21 Apr 1886, he passed away 14 Jun 1945, in the veterans hospital at Wood, where he had been a patient since last fall.
Mr and Mrs Scott came to this Home in 1933 from Milwaukee and Mrs Scott died in the hospital in Jan 1942. Mr Scott is survived by four sisters.
