She is the daughter of the late Adley Wesley and Jessie Gay Harpold Hall. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Woodrow Harold "By" Hall, Wade Hall and William "Bill" Hall.
She dedicated 37 years to the Charleston Orthopedic Co., and worked diligently just weeks prior to her passing. She attended the Sugar Creek Missionary Baptist Church and as a member of various bowling association, enjoyed an active lifestyle. She was a caring and generous mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who sacrificed a lifetime to her family.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Alfred L. Casto; son, John R. "Rusty" Casto; daughters and sons-in-law, Agnes L. Skeen of Ripley, and Thomas J. Skeen of Elyria, Ohio, Betty Carter of Charleston, Denise L. Morgan Payne and Terry Payne of Charleston, Cheryl L. and Ricky R. Mitchell of Sissonville; brother, James ?Bus? Hall of Ripley; sister, Betty Skeens Webb of Ripley; 10 grandchildren, Michelle Skeen Dingess, Craig Carter, Tom Skeen, Chad Carter, Justin Morgan, Jesse Morgan, Clint Carter, Wesley Mitchell, Jody Morgan, and Brandon Mitchell; seven great-grandchildren, Jessica and Stacie Dingess, Skyler Skeen, Cali Carter, Chaz Morgan, Case Carter and Jazlyn Skeen.
Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson, Charleston, with the Rev. Omar Rucker and the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Given.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
