She was born March 14, 1915, in McLouth, the daughter of Thoburn Joshua Mason and Bessie Etna Ducanson.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Lawrence Heights Christian Church.
She married Albert H. Brewster on Aug. 14, 1932, in Lawrence. He died May 8, 1993.
Survivors include eight sons, Ernest Brewster, Baldwin City, Phillip Brewster and Donald Brewster, both of Lawrence, Albert Henry Brewster Jr., Norman, Okla., Glen Brewster, San Jose, Calif., Gerald Brewster, San Luis Rey, Calif., William Brewster, Santa Anna, Calif., and Tharold Brewster, Clarksville, Tenn.; a daughter, Rosie Fowler, Linwood; a sister, Bessie Ortmeyer, Columbia, Mo.; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
