MRS HARRIET SMITH
Mrs Harriet Smith, widow of Jesse Smith, who died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs Sarah Luce, at Belle Vernon, will be buried in Hill Grove Cemetery here Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Mrs Smith will known in this community as having spent much of her lifehere and near the Narrows. She was daughter of the late Mrs Matilda Ogg and after marriage lived many years on the Jesse Smith farm in the same neighborhood. She was about 85 years old. In recent years she had resided with a daughter, Mrs Sarah Luce at Belle Vernon. In addition to Mrs Luce she is also survived by three other daughters, Mrs Katherin of Belle Vernon, Mrs Ella Brinker of Florida and Mrs Florence House of Nebraska.
