SYRACUSE — Jennifer Higley Barr, 31, of Syracuse, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011.
She was born Jan. 23, 1980, in Ogden, Utah, to Randy and Debbie Higley.
On Oct. 6, 1998, she married Christopher Eugene Barr in Weston, Idaho. He died in 2009. She also was preceded in death by her mother, Debbie Lynn Wayment Higley; a sister, Penny Lee Higley McNeely; and her grandfather, Glen Lee Higley Sr.
Survivors include her children, Roxi Lynn Barr and Cameron Eugene Barr of Syracuse; her parents, Randall J. "Randy" and Ramona Linville Higley, a brother, Brodie Randall Higley, and a sister, BreAnna Dee Higley, all of Malad, Idaho; a sister, Zandra Christina Higley of Pocatello, Idaho; and her grandparents, Carol Mae Shaw Higley of Clinton, Utah, Darrel and Lyndsay Wayment of Roy, Utah, and Stanley and Sharon Linville of Ririe, Idaho.
A celebration of life service will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly, Colo. Burial will follow at Syracuse Cemetery.
Visitation hours are 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral chapel. Memorials to the Jennifer Barr Memorial Fund may be sent in care of the funeral chapel, Box 275, Holly, CO 81047.
