1. The Social Security Death Index and the Social Security Applications and Claims Index both show that Sarah died on May 15, 1967. However, her death notice (see below) shows that she died on May 31, 1967.
2. The marriage record for Sarah to Thomas Bothwell shows she was born in Cloud Co., Kansas instead of Brown Co., Kansas.
3. Both the death notice below and the Social Security Death Index show Sarah died in Mondamin, Harrison Co., Iowa instead of Onowa, Monona Co., Iowa.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on June 3 at the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints in Mondamin.
