AMANDA: Annabel Stebelton, age 88, of Amanda, Ohio was surrounded by her loving family when she peacefully went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Pickering House. As she unconditionally loved by her family and friends, Annabel was loved and cherished by all who knew her.

She was a 60 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was proudly Rosie the Riveter during World War II, and a member of First Baptist Church in Circleville, Ohio.

Annabel is survived by her husband of seventy-one years, Carl W. Stebelton; son, John Wayne (Margaret) Stebelton of Circleville; and his children, TaLisa, LaNita, Catina and Chad; daughters, Linda Lee (Don) McCormick of Lancaster, Ohio and her children, Chris and Jay, Patty Ann Karr of South Charleston and her children, Jason and Jordan, and Kathy Rae Rickly of Amanda, Ohio and her children, Carri anmd Kaylee. Annabel also had 20 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and two tep-great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceed in death by her parents, Samuel Cleatus and Ethel Viola (Botts) Hodge; brothers, Paul and Samuel Hodge,Jr.; and a sister, Helen Hodge.

A brief visitation will be offered forfriends and family on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 from 12:30 to 1:30 P.M. at the Taylor Funeral Home in Amanda followed by a graveside service at 2:00 P.M. at the Amanda Township Cemetery with Pastor Mike Sutherland officiating the service to celebrate Annabel's homecoming to her mansion above.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Ohio State University Hospital Rhodes Hall, 450 West 10th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43210 in Annabel's memory.

She graduated from Lancaster High School with The Class of 1942 and SCHOOL COLORS were PURPLE and GOLD.
