Read a seven part history of his father Karl Nielsen Pedersen. At bottom of that page are the links to the other six parts.
He worked in the Park City mines for several years from abt 1915 through 1924. He then worked as an auto mechanic operating his own business Park Motor Co along with his brother Karl. Park Motor was an early Oldsmobile service garage and dealership.
Later Alma worked as a heavy equipment operator in construction then for the Utah State Road Commission.
He enjoyed deer hunting all his life with his sons and relatives in the mountains especially at their Chicken creek camp above the Strawberry reservoir. Many large deer racks were mounted to his garage in Deer Valley.
Alma and his wife Jennie were loved by many people. They were gracious and accommodating to all who entered their home offering food and drink.
May they Rest In Peace.
