Eliahs B. (Baker?) Meadors was the son of George Washington Baker & Lucinda C. (Moore) Meadows. It is an assumption that the 'B' initial represented 'Baker' taking after his father.

1860, July 14 - Lafayette Twp., Crawford Co., AR census; family #595:
MEADOWS, George W. B. - 29 - m - KY
Lucy C. - 28 - f - KY
Joseph M. - 11 - m - KY
James N. - 9 - m - AR
Julia A. - 5 - f - AR

Notice the infant Elisha is not enumerated with his parents & siblings Joseph, James & Julia in the 1860 Crawford Co., AR census data taken in July - he would only be about 1 yr 8 mo of age. Elisha died that fall in Nov - 16 da after becoming 2 years old.
