William C. Bartelt

William C. Bartelt, 75, of town Mitchell, passed away at Plymouth Hospital this morning after a short illness. He was born in Fond du Lac County on Jan. 8, 1877, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bartelt. On Jan. 10, 1907 he married Miss Otillie Matthies, and the couple lived in town Mitchell since the marriage. The deceased was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Dundee.
Survivors include, his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Arno (Eva) Matthias of West Bend, Mrs. Thomas (Darlene) Collier of Milwaukee, and Mrs. William (Jane) Myers of town of Mitchell; five sons, Lloyd and Willard of Horican, Orlando of Plymouth, Orville of San Francisco, Calif., and Vilas of Cascade; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Paul Faulk of Plymouth; and one brother, Ernst of town Mitchell. Three sisters preceded him in death.
