Eldest daughter and co-heiress with her sister, Anastasia, to Sir Ralph FitzRanulph and Anastasia de Percy. Granddaughter of Raulph FitzRobert and Mary le Bigod, William de Percy and Joan de Briwerre.

Mary married Robert de Neville, son of Sir Robert de Neville and his first unknown wife. They were married about 1260 and had five sons and four daughters:
