MANCHESTER - June P. Burnham, 83, a lifelong resident, died Aug. 17, 2011, at Merrimack Community Hospice House. She was born on Sept. 7, 1927, in Manchester, the daughter of Lester C. and Ida (Ostberg) Story.
Her main focus in life was being a homemaker and loving mother to her family.
June enjoyed reading, walks, animals, fried clams, the ocean and going for drives, especially the family trips to Florida and California.
June is survived by a daughter, Sharon L. Puccio of Goffstown; a son, Robert R. Burnham Jr. of Nashua; two granddaughters, Meredith and Angela Puccio; a great-grandson, Camren Haithwaite; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert R. "Bob" Burnham in 2006. (Union Leader 8/19/2011)
