She is survived by a daughter Nadine (Dennis) Frazier; two sisters, Ruth Moore and Wanda Reed; two grandchildren, Tiara Frazier and Elisha Frazier; and Arabella Ruggles and Hunter Eichenlaub to whom she was a "Special Granny."
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Hoffman, whom she married April 8, 1967, in Wheelersburg, Ohio; a son Dale Hoffman, three brothers, Ray Moore, Bryson Moore and Homer Moore; and seven sisters, Louise, Lucille, Ocie, Phyllis, Catherine, Doris and Bertha.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 30, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Tim Throckmorton officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and one hour before the services on Friday.
