Derrick is survived by his mother, Knoxie Lee Phillips-Plasek, his father, Antone Raymond Plasek, Jr., his brother Travis Plasek & sister-in-law Gini Plasek, his sister Kendra Morse & brother-in-law Gary Morse & his youngest brother, Antone Raymond "Tony" Plasek, III, & sister-in-law, Adela R. Soto-Plasek. He was also survived by his nephews Ronald Morse & Kevin Plasek, his nieces Stephanie Morse, Angela Plasek, Ava Plasek & Karlee Derrick Plasek and great nephew Holden Smallwood
