James Caldwell, 81, of 353 E. King St., died at 10:30 a.m. Friday at his home. He had been ill since last December.
Born Feb. 3, 1883, in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late John W. and Ida Flack Caldwell. He was an electrician for the Frank B. Lesher Co. for about 20 years, retiring 16 years ago.
Surviving are a sister, Miss Florence Caldwell, 353 E. King St.; two brothers, Frank, of 62 Glen St., and David, of 169 S. Third St., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 4 p.m. from Sellers funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Clarence A. Neal in charge. Burial will be made in Lincoln Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.
